A new week means a new top-ten chart and we’ve got our loudest top 5 in a long while! New number-one this week is Sweep It Into Space by legendary indie-rockers DINOSAUR JR! This is the 5th record from the reunited classic trio of Mascis, Barlow, and Murph, now more prolific than their first run! Its classic Dino Jr, if anything a touch poppier than you might usually expect.

We’ve got SLEEP at number two on this week of unofficial Sleep-listening holiday 4/20. Their Iommic Life EP makes for a beautiful limited edition package. It features two 12”s etched on the B-Sides featuring a couple of their non-LP tracks. Still a few copies around in case you had a busy 4/20. 😎

We’ve got some high charting local rockers this week too! WILD POWWERS scored the number four spot with their fourth record What You Wanted. For those still unfamiliar, we recommend getting to know the band in our 2018 blog feature. The band is sounding great, trying a few new sounds, and with a little sharper production. Definitely worth hearing!
