Charts Recap: January 28th - February 3rd, 2019

It may be February and the snowy depths of winter, but we've still got fresh charts! Sharon Van Etten is back on top! Only reason she was gone last week was because we ran out, which was no small feat. It’s a stellar record, The Guardian says “Van Etten remains resolutely herself: possessed of a slow-burning seethe that builds to swirling crescendos, she is a consummate surgeon of relationships, keen on Bruce Springsteen.” Get it before it’s gone again!

Speaking of back-in-stock killer LPs, You Won’t Get What You Want is back in at number two! This one made a few of our year-end lists. Their a seething dark anti-social art-metal group at their best and most unique on this one. Another that probably won’t be around forever.

And speaking of seething metal, we had some local faves sneak into both top-tens this week. Great Falls new record got in at number 10 in both vinyl and CD. We were fortunate enough to have these guys grace our stage last week! The new one is as intense and brutal as ever.
