It’s a new week and we’ve got a new weekly top-ten best-seller chart up! It’s ALVVAYS holding on to the top spot for the second consecutive week with their third full-length Blue Rev. This is perhaps the Canadian indie pop band’s finest record to date, earning them rave reviews across the board, we expect this one will be charting for a while. We’ve still got copies of our first blue vinyl batch of the LP in-stock!

This week’s highest charting new release comes from THE 1975 with their new record Being Funny In A Foreign Language placing number three. This is the fifth record from the UK group, and finds the band easing away from the anthemic pop of their earliest records, introducing a more varied approach and some more far ranging influences.

And though our charts were fairly stable this week, we have one other new record cracking the top-ten at number ten. Omnium Gatherum, the gaggillionth record from Aussie psych rock combo KING GIZZARD & THE LIZARD WIZARD, just arrived this week and snuck into the charts. This new double LP offering from the group is notable for not being a concept record for once, just a killer collection of solid rockers!
