Charts Recap for June 28th - July 4th, 2021

Our top-ten best-seller chart for the holiday shortened week is up! TAYLOR SWIFT is back on top! After an ever so brief absence from the chart Evermore is back at number one. The 2020 folk-pop phenom had an especially good week due to vinyl copies finally reappearing at our shop. Copies still available!

The posthumous MF DOOM love continues strong this week as well. Another chart placement thanks to a fortunate vinyl restock, the rapper’s 1999 debut record Operation: Doomsday is once again available and all the way up at number three this week. This one is a certified underground classic, and sounds as fresh today as it did twenty-some years ago.

The only totally new record to crack our top-ten this week is the number ten record itself, The Turning Wheel by SPELLING. Spelling is the performing name of Oakland based artist Tia Cabral, and though this record is her third it has the making of a breakout. The record madly mashes up genres creating its own oddball pop universe. Check it out!
