Charts Recap: November 25th - December 1st, 2019

We’ve got our post-Black-Friday-RSD best seller charts up! As usual a slew of limited edition RSD exclusives have pushed out our usual best-sellers for the week, with the lone exception of Vince Guaraldi’s holiday classic A Charlie Brown Christmas hanging in at #6. Our number one was Pearl Jam’s 1992 MTV Unplugged session finally officially released on LP. This is a prime Ten-era stripped down performance, congrats to all the fans that scored one in the madness.

By now most of these best-sellers are probably sold-out, give us a call if you want to check on any specifics. But we’ll still take a second to point out some fun goodness elsewhere in out top ten! Lizzo had a pretty killer RSD release at #4 with her Coconut Oil EP. Her newest full length will undoubtedly finish the year among our very best sellers. Coconut Oil however is from 2016 when she was getting started. It’s first vinyl release was this Black Friday exclusive.

We also had odd-ball 70s songwriter/character Paul Williams sneak into our top-ten for what is likely to be the only time ever. And with good reason. We had the RSD exclusive Paul Williams penned Emmet Otter’s Jug-Band Christmas soundtrack on our shelves. A fine seasonally appropriate cultural artifact from the Jim Henson film of the same name! Very cute stuff.
